The accommodations are very nice. Little changes would make a big difference.
For example, the hot tubs are freezing, all of them. Spa service was so so, didn t seem in sync w each other as I was wandering aimlessly waiting for my message, which started 20 minutes late but ended on time? The masseuse was great however, would of liked the 80 minutes I paid for vs the 50 or so I received.
The food is like most all inclusive. The place is very clean and for an all inclusive it s very nice. I would recommend, here for four more days. Would be nice to have hot or at least warm hot tub. Paper cubs which drinks are served out of give a cheap feel and not so eco-friendly, plastic cups would be better and proved a nicer experience.
