Absolutely fantastic staff, very helpful and available. There was a slight mix up with a meal but they were extremely quick to rectify and apologise and even though we did not complain as they handled it EXCELLENTLY, they still offered free desserts for the kids as way of apology. I did not expect this but the staff were just so lovely.
