A family member got a life saving double organ transplant here, and I will forever be grateful to Georgetown for that. However, they were not always great communicators. Made us wait 12+ hours after a call came in that they had organs for someone to come in the room and say, no one has called you yet? to tell us the organs weren t able to be transplanted, and when you re that close to getting a transplant, the hours were absolutely miserable and grueling and that was a serious downfall. Their parking situation is also so stressful and horrendous so docking another star for that. Otherwise, thank you for saving my family members life.
