May be a good experience if you're White. Got a lot of glares and condescending looks from some of the employees (all of whom were White). As I went through the bedroom section with my boyfriend, none of the salespeople offered to help us even though we spent an hour there. Every other customer was helped whether they liked it or not it seemed, which made this situation even stranger. When I asked a question about a mattress, the salesperson was very rude and seemed to have an impatient attitude. This whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and makes me wonder if there is some underlying racism in the way Jordan's Furniture is run.
