To get a hold of the staff there is frustrating, I have been quiet for a while now about how bad the follow up with the customers are but I had to say this, I just bought a car from there even before buying my sales guy Eman was nice, but while he wasn't there, I had to deal with another sales guy there and he came in and acted like hes a manager and arguing with me about the prices etc. Trying to reach someone through phone is a waste, the reception answers very quick but they will have to keep on connecting me to the finance guys and the sales guys because they are never at their desk. Fine, let's assume they are busy, and lets assume they answer after trying for couple of days, I always get them saying they will call me back but don't even bother, because they never do. I ended up calling them back again to get the same answer. I have just called them for my refund, one finance person answered and said will call me back, but I haven't received a call back yet, I am not expecting one. I will probably have to call them again. STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. I had two people that could have been potential customers because they wanted to purchase a vehicle when they saw mine, I told them my experience and they went somewhere else. PLEASE FIX THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. For the price that I got the car I will give a better star, but for customer service. I wont give any!
