If i could give a zero i would. The worst experience at a telstra store I've ever had. Sales manager watching a show on his phone, with a sour look on his face the whole time I was there, dis-engaged and rude. Customer service at its worse and offering me things I didn't even ask for. Will never step foot in this store ever again regardless of convenience. I believe the same owner as also own's pacific fair store and Elenora store so they are now off my list. Regret is a terrible thing and hindsight even worse. Been with telstra for many years and had better service from there customer service phone team overseas than this store. Have learnt my lesson and will do all my upgrades either elsewhere or online from now on. Lastly I believe the harbour town store is owned by different management and would suggest trying them for any locals.
