I have dealt with this agency on a numerous of occasions and the candidate experience is very poor. I have been put forward for roles by Ben Smith and when I have chased up four times via email he did not respond once. This is a perfect example of where the agency do not prioritise their candidates. I have had an interview arranged by the agency and as again, no feedback, offer or reject. Don't waste your time.
