They should replace the word "worst" with the name...

They should replace the word "worst" with the name of this health care provider because is just soooo bad its existence must be ban. 1 out of every 10 calls I made with two different phone lines they answer and when they did they still can't assist on anything as simple as processing a payment. Maybe disgusting medical plan would match better because other than the price, the simple name of this company is like they selling you a 30 year old mule for the price of a Ferrari. Who are they really trying to fool this should be the biggest corporate joke ever in health care history man I thought humana was bad. I think my stubborn dog could manage a company better if I give him a cookies.
