I was initially very displeased with the service I received at Mike Shaw on 10/31/20, and I left a 1-Star review when I got home as a result. I had my oil changed that day, and the car was slightly damaged during the free car wash afterwards. The damage was a bent license plate and a few gouges in the the black plastic around the passenger side fog light (Subaru Crosstrek).

Fast forward to Monday, November 2, 2020. I received a call from a very pleasant gentleman named Mathias. Mathias assured me that Subaru was very sorry and would love to correct the issue. He ordered a replacement piece for the fog light, and the shop will be installing it as soon as it arrives. I have never been more pleased from an interaction that started out as a negative. They have gone above and beyond in making things right, and I wholeheartedly recommend this location to all of you wonderful people as a result.

Awesome job to Dan, Mathias, and the rest of the gang at Mike Shaw Subaru. You guys have made my whole week! I am admittedly OCD about my car, and I was in a cloud of sadness after getting an oil change with you guys last weekend. Today, I'm on cloud nine. That is customer service!!!
