Company is very nice,but i went for the 2nd round of interview they are discouraging the people, means they are comparing their employees knowledge with hiring people knowledge,even they don't know how to speak.So i am requesting to managing department please tell them to don't discourage peoples knowledge because you may loose a good employee.
