The customer care needs a lot to be desired. Hatton Garden has many alternatives. There are three main reasons I would not recommend Cool Diamonds:

[1] The production of the ring was late forcing me to change my plans. This was despite advertising an express service online.

[3] I booked an appointment to view diamonds but walk in customers were given as much priority as myself during my appointment.
