I needed a MacBook Pro 2017 repair - screen replacement, replacement price ~ 18,000 UAH. On the Apple website, this service center is listed as authorized, but after two weeks of waiting, it turned out that they were issuing an invoice that had to be paid BEFORE evaluating the repair and paid not on the spot, but at the bank - they did not accept cards, there was no cash desk, that is, pay for place is not possible, they also offered to transfer money to a Privat card or replenish an account through a terminal in a bank - again, what a convenience for the client, taking into account the amount ... (about payment from hand to hand, it seems to me that this is not for the service center) ...

The trouble brought here, the buttons stopped typing and the right speaker burned out. It turned out that Apple has a program for free replacement of the topcase and my MacBook Pro falls under it.
Conducted diagnostics, confirmed the fault through the fault of the manufacturer. They returned the laptop so that I could work while they were waiting for the replacement part. After 10 days, they called back and invited (despite the quarantine - so fast!)
In less than a day they issued an almost new device without taking a penny from me.
