I have tried calling this company multiple times i...

I have tried calling this company multiple times in the last couple weeks via the number on their website and have yet to get ahold of an actual human being. I listen to an automated message with extensions, dial the extension I need and it says please hold. I hold and am brought back to the automated voice message again....this happens every time I call. And I am calling during office hours. I then went and filled out a comment card on their website in regards to the status of my deposit refund and have yet to hear from them. I moved out 3 weeks ago and should have heard from them by now according to the manager of my apartment building.
I figure writing them a review will get their attention, seeing they keep an eye on those.
