I am invalid and more than once I find the invalid cash desk closed. I ask for information and they tell me that all the coffers are the same and must allow the disabled to pass. Of course, people, if you ask, they look at you badly, the orders pretend not to see you ............... I have already gone 2 times to complain, the kind manager but it doesn't change .
07/03/2020, Only 3 weeks have passed since the first review, last week I gave up on the same situation. In fact, as soon as the manager said to the saleswoman to let me pass, she waited for me to turn around to take the groceries to speak softly and tell me not so nice things, too bad for her that she is invalid but not deaf. I'm not all right, but I took my shopping and went to another cash desk after telling her what I thought.

She replied that before she waited for the lady to ask her if I could go first ........................ I have no words, the lady comes and gives me "permission" to pass as well. This time I went to speak with the Director. Always very kind, but if there are these stories every week it is better to change the hypermarket. I do not consider myself a rude person and I always wait for the saleswoman to let me pass, but here or they pretend not to see you or as soon as you turn around they tell you all the colors or how this must wait for the permission of a person who leaves the trash can. Such a thing never happened and I have been invalid for 12 years. I want to clarify that I was practically born in this Hypermarket, I have frequented it since there was only the supermarket and the self service to stop to eat, therefore for almost 40 years.
