I was thoroughly disappointed by the service at Turi. They refused to allow our Grab car to enter to pick us up and insisted that we use their hotel taxi instead which is twice the price as Grab. This is blatant over charging and left a sour taste in our otherwise peaceful and comfortable holiday. I don't know of this is consistent with other hotels/resorts in Batam but this is really unacceptable.
