This organization that was founded in the 19th century, has managed to become a leader in the photography of nature. A trailblazer in setting records in the air, land, and sea. It was sch an amazing experience to be able to visit the National Geographic Society and read about the rich history of the otganization from Jaine Goodall to one of the first cameras that one of the staff to take to the Artic to photograph the ice. The National Geographic Society has uncovered so many new phylum and family's of life. Documented indepthy the life of chpanzees. Made countless films about nature and the journeys people take across the globe.
