Very Poor ..,The AIA Main office does NOT allow i...

Very Poor ..,The AIA Main office does NOT allow its customers to use their toilet in case of emergency. Their Toilet is only for their Staff....We were told to go to the MRT station which was actually far away...what if we are old or disabled ???.... Very Poor Customer Service AIA. You don't treasure your customers.
