The food and our server was good. However, the owner s mother was very rude to our table. We had ordered a deep dish pizza online because the website said it takes 45 minutes to make it.
We came in to order from the menu and dine in. We were not just planning to eat from the online order. The owner s mother came to our table and went ballistic on us. She talked to us like 5 year olds, and would not let us explain. She told us we ordered take out, and we were taking up a table. She even shook the online order receipt at us!!
Finally, she said she would allow us to stay and eat, which we did because we didn t want to cause another embarrassing scene. Three different orders were placed. Three orders that didn t have to be placed after we were chastised!!
After we placed our order, we did go back to your webpage and it plainly stated that online orders can be turned into dine in orders. So, if you do not plan to honor your disclaimer you need to take it down from your website. You may also need to give your mother a few lessons of southern hospitality, and that the customer is always right.
