VERY professional staff. Very clean. Decent rooms for the price. The spa is wonderful and is very professional. No weirdo services like energy healing nonsense. Its actual spa treatments. Terrible location. Loud traffic. People smoking outside. Downtown area. We wont go back because of bad location.
