Van driver was my hero!
Joe and his dispatch Joshua went out of their way to make sure my 85 year old mother in law was collected safely from Terminal 5 in subzero weather. She was wheelchair bound, almost deaf, forgot to turn her cellphone on and had no winter clothing. We texted them her picture and managed to track her down and get her to the Hotel.
Now that is service!
