my father is 90 yrs old living in a senior citizen n.y.c.h.a apt I made calls to 311 to complain about the heat so far i'm still calling them and nothing hasn't been done yet .He suffers with asthma in that cold apt . When i call the brough hall and and place a complaint i get put on hold smdh
