Went to Baystate to find a new car after the car i was driving died in a rain storm ( engine seized) i only had 2 DAYS to find , buy and get a new car on the road . We went on a Thursdays 30 mins before closing and Julie A was FANTASTIC ! she took her time with explaining everything and making sure my boyfriend and i were on the same page as her through out everything . The next day I ended up leasing a 2017 Ford Escape and i could not be happier. everyone we talked to while we were there were great the financing officer Toni was amazing and the general manager ( i forgot his name ) is the friendliest person ever , he saw me in the service bay the following week waiting to get my remote starter and took time out of his day to come over make sure i was okay with everything , the remote starter installer ( i think his name is Mike ) was great ! the whole experience was AMAZING . I look forward to leasing with them for many years to come.
