I ate at Red Rooster in Harlem during a visit in February 2020 and had a great meal. I chose the ribs, with coleslaw and extra fries, and also had an excellent classic cocktail (Negroni). The service was swift and friendly, and the meal was reasonably priced. Dining at the bar isn't all that comfortable, so I'd advise that you book ahead and reserve a table for a more relaxed ambiance.
