I finally got an email from B&H that the telescope...

I finally got an email from B&H that the telescope I was looking for was back in stock and available for purchase. I happily placed the order thinking that it would ship that day or the next as it said the scheduled delivery was Thursday - no such luck! Thursday came with no updates. I proactivly spent 15 minutes on the phone with a customer service representative who reluctantly apologized and informed me that my order would ship later today (the day it was originally supposed to arrive). I then received e-mail just 2 hours later that my item was backordered and would be further delayed! We are going on vacation and will not be able to wait for an backordered item that I was proactively told was back in stock. Don't let the great prices fool you - they are not worth the horrible communication and dishonest customer service!
