Pity! very beautiful hotel in its common areas and perfect staff. Very clean hotel. But the services are not up to 5 stars. My bedroom window fitted my waist and couldn't open (claustrophobic refrain), basic bathroom.A bedroom like this shouldn't even exist for sale in a 5 star. Breakfast never came with what I ordered. Small cardboard presentation box worthy of a formula 1 hotel, with a piece of salmon and a chicken breast that I had not ordered and which came back every morning. I also have the ACCORD card !!!! OUPS
