Lenovo products are nice if they work. If anything doesn't work properly, Lenovo support is terrible. I purchased 5 Lenovo computers for my small business, one didn't work. I literally got transferred 7 times to different departments. All I needed was a thumb drive sent to me so I could reset the new computer and get into the one with issues. Case #40BKBG3 I was on hold for over 50 minutes getting put on hold and transferred around. Not a fan.
