This company is the WORST! Let me count the ways.....

This company is the WORST! Let me count the ways...Our property has been under the dirty stronghold of nefarious management for years. Back when I bought my condo, it was the most beautiful place. But, it has become a roach motel ever since. Why? Because that s when they took over. There are years of dried up dog feces in the stairwell. And we were assessed close to $2,000 for repairs, which were highly ineffective. Nothing s been updated, and the things that have, are total zeroes when it comes to style and continuity. And the front lobby is an embarrassment, to say the least. It s just nasty.

The walls are also dirty. And there are cheap signs posted that contain incorrect information. This company breaches its responsibility of its fiduciary duties on a regular basis. And the VP himself said this to me, and I quote: We work only for the board. That s the way it s always been done . And I say this to you, you and the board are causing our properties to be diminished in value by about $15 to $25K LOWER than any comps around.

The building has become a travesty. And without question, Sea Breeze Property Management is a take the money and run operation. And they should be ashamed of the havoc they ve caused to hard working homeowners lives. In fact, I think that every Sea Breeze employee should have to be subjected to the same trash, pet feces, roach infestations, and the harassment that I and many others have dealt with over the years.

And THE BUILDING S CURRENT BOARD PRESIDENT IS ALSO A FRAUD. Posting on Yelp that the company terminated the problem employee who was the real "issue." Not true. That employee RESIGNED!!!! The only employees who were fired were a security guard who was used to obtain private information that was then leaked by members of the current regime, as part of a successful attempt to bring down the previous incumbents, via anonymous letters that were a critical component of a smear campaign to rig the election!!!! Then, the board president conveniently got rid of him once he no longer served his purpose. They also relieved a former property manager that had to spend countless hour wasting our money looking through video footage for a resident doing push ups! When that employee was ultimately canned for questioning indiscretions he discovered in various documents and bills, that he felt, painted the current regime in an unscrupulous manner.

Now, an example of what got leaked brings us back to LISA DALE; (the owner of Sea Breeze). Because, one of the things that was uncovered, was that the prior governing board had removed Sea Breeze because, as I ve mentioned, their work was unbelievably substandard. However, in order to effectuate that (due to an egregious contractual arrangement) it cost us $25,000. Oh, and it gets better. See, once the new board took over, Lisa then hustled and muscled us again, by creating yet another ridiculous arrangement with the newly elected board, to use her position of power of having just fleeced us for 25 grand, by agreeing to rework her deal, in order to get a new one.

So, what are we left with? A management company whose service is atrocious, and an ethically challenged governing board with incentives to continue providing us with minor league performance. Bottom line: they win. The residents lose. In every possible way. Which, in my opinion, is white collar crime. And it s despicable.
