Like others who have posted here, I have had a horrible time getting service. I paid for a warranty on my elliptical, but it has been down for over three months! The serviceman who responded ordered parts. After they arrived, I have been unable to get anyone to do the repair. That was in October and this is January. No one returns my calls.
