This is still a delicious restaurant run by the chef of the former dell'anima restaurant in the West Village. Food is really just as good, but know before going that you are not in a restaurant any more but in a food hall. It's very very hot in the summer and sitting at the counter it can get a bit tight with people passing behind on their way to the ice cream stand or trying to find a place to sit with their burger. There are also some picnic-type tables if you can't get a seat at the counter. I would and will definitely go back, and knowing better what to expect I'm sure I'll like it even better. It is a bit pricey for the setting, but on the upside since you are at the counter you can usually flag down someone if you need anything.

I'm torn between with how many stars to give, because I very much like the food and the server was very nice, but the price and the room are a bit of a disconnect to me.
