GREAT experience at Zimbrick VW. I located a used car online, expressed interest, and was immediately contacted by Zimbrick. Negotiations were fair and quick, and once we reached an agreement the car was thoroughly tested, detailed, and set aside (indoors) until I could get there a week later to test drive it. Roy Fenn, my contact in Sales, was exceptional. He answered every call immediately, investigated every issue I was concerned with, made sure I was comfortable with the car before fully committing, and was just generally great to deal with, even after I had returned home with the car! Best car buying experience I have ever had - would not hesitate to go through Zimbrick again!
