I went in for a oil change and the first thing the guy tells mee is "oh it looks like you are due for a A1 service " i had never been there before so i asked what does that mean and he said "oil change plus tire rotation " I just had the tires rotated the last service by someone else and after i told him that he said "oh ok" then he tells me that my 07 CRV needs the full synthetic oil, I have never put synthetic oil in that crv before and he was alil upset that i didnt want to do that but then he gave in. Ok so here comes the part that made me upset, while waiting for over a hour to get my car back (the hour wait was understandable) i heard this guy give the SAME speech to literally EVERYONE that came in "oh by the way it looks like you are due for the A1 service " even to people that said it was their first time there. How the heck would he even know what they are due for!?! Well anyway i gave them 2 stars because they did the job but man i dont like to see people get taken advantage of so be careful.
