Employees didn't even acknowledge me. They were too his dancing and talking amongst themselves! Don't go their if u need help!

Was unable to get assistance. However after driving an hour to Indy. My son and I waited for assistance. Once we received assistance from one of many young men there. He informed my son and I. That they only had one pair left and Employee had them on hold. Did not offer to show my son another shoes just giggled and walked off. Had to go to manager Josh. Unprofessional!!

Great customer service, minimal wait, nice clean and bright store with a variety of shoes and sports apparel.

I stopped at another finish line a hr earlier that didnt have my size so they checked and called here that verified that had my shoes in stock. Size 13 can be hard to find at times for shoes that I actually want. Not only did this store have my shoes, it was cheaper than the other store. Great customer service as well. They greeted and assited me soon as I walked in the store.

Not in Macy's - use South entrance of mall. Great selection and deep inventory. Adequate amount of employees on the floor. I interacted with Lindsay and Siria-were very helpful!

We went looking for a backpack for my son. We found a really nice Adidas backpack and best of all...it was on SALE!!!

Didn't have my size in 3 shoes. On the fourth shoe that they actually had my size in, they wanted to sell me a dirty display shoe at full price.

My Store always prompt aware alert and on point..... Theres a manager by the name of Alex with a Jersey/Philly/N.Y ancient that is on top of the store and runs it the best that any store among tge shoe stores that I've been and visited that runs and very vocal about the product. Thought he was a saleman until he introduced himself Real MVP.... AWARE AND ALERT LOVE THIS PLACE..

I have been a Finish Line member with a card for rewards for over 7 years. I purchase all of my son and husband shoes and clothing from this location along with hats and socks. Always get great deals and service sometimes the wait time is a bit much but expected in a busy location

I took my 13 yr old son last minute school shopping for shoes. Admittedly I ve not been in a mall or in a Finish Line for at least a couple of years. I was shocked at the lack of attention to the shoe fitting we needed and subconsciously expected. We were not offered any service at this location. The biggest shock was not being permitted to try on both shoes at the same time.

Fast service even during the busy holiday shopping, they were able to get me in and out. Everything was placed where it needed to be and the cashier was tentative and nice.

If your feet are small enough, you can get whatever you like.

Used my signature to signed up for sport magazine without my permission causing a huge damage in my bank account. Ban Finish Line.

I love how big this finish line is I just wish they had more of a selection instead of so many of the same shoe in different colors.. and a better size selection

Jordan s and Yeezys aren t the only shoes sold here, last I heard, maybe not. Ready to drop $1000. on shoes and couldn t get help. Also, Castleton Square mall sure went down hill, the smell is terrible.
