The new renovations are really nice, but the constant construction is annoying. I only lived here for one semester, but really I can't complain. The ward is fantastic and the complex has monthly activities. The shuttle comes right to the complex, which saves you from ever needing to drive to campus. Maintenance always took care of our requests in a timely matter, but sometimes the way they fixed something just made it worse. (Our bathroom drain wouldn't stay up so they super-glued it open, so now it never closes) It's a little overpriced in my opinion. Take advantage of all the free stuff to really get your moneys worth.
