We went on Tuesday 18 August 2020. Parking was readily available in the lot close to the restaurant. Parking at the restaurant took about 10 minute, super rare event. Normally parking is a crush and long waits are a thing. They are only doing contactless dining. You place your order at the kiosk that used to be where you would get placed in line for meal service. You then go to the reception area of the actual restaurant, wait for your name to be called to pick up your menu items. All of the meal items as well as plates, plastic ware and condiments came in paper bags on a plastic tray. Drinks are served in paper cups. The popovers sadly lost size due to the bag. You can dine in or if weather permits you can dine outside or many were taking away.. The stew is a cup size portion and the salads are small side size. I hope that once covid burns itself out Jordan Pond House will return to better service.
