Customer service is dreadful. I was promised a message by 8pm tonight so that I can get to my elderly Mother s home when her cooker is delivered tomorrow. No message by 8.20pm. So do I go for 8am or 2pm or anytime in between?
Previous experience was even worse. Promised a text message last year to tell me when my dishwasher was in stock. Never got one. When I rang 3 weeks later asking where it was - rude person told me it was my fault for refusing to give them my email address. I asked why they hadn t tried to text more than once since texts don t always get through the person said the system was automatic and so it wasn t possible. Very poor! So they had happily sat on my money in full for a month and made a feeble attempt to contact me.
I won t deal with this company ever again.
