April 2018 bought an explorer 2014. After we did the test drive and paperwork, my husband and I went for lunch, since they had a few things to finish up on the truck. After lunch, my husband dropped me off and I drove home. I had then went to walmart to get floormats for the truck and then went back home. That night I notice a significant, long scratch on my back hatch. The next day went to file a police report (surveillance shows it didn't happen at walmart) and i had called Kia. I was told by Brandon, the Lima store manager, that he would get to the bottom of it by checking with tech.and call me back the next day. He never called back or responded in any form of communication, after several attempts to contact him. I went into the store and a manager told me Brandon was not in and this manager then told me they could not prove this scratch was there when I left the parking lot d/t the surveillance does not record. He also told me they leave the vehicles unlocked. I simply wanted to see the surveillance when I left to prove it was or wasn't there when i left the lot. We will never recommend this business to anyone because of their extremely poor customer service from managers! On a side note, the sales agent Kaleb is great. Buyers beware.
