The place is great for the price, you can go everywhere pretty fast. However, what the cleanliness in the bathroom or otherwise in the room you can still argue. The air conditioning is quite loud, for people who are sensitive to noises at night, you have to turn off safely. Only in terms of noise, my neighbors are not so quiet, the walls are quite thin, even our door was cut so diagonally that they have a gap of over 5mm at the bottom and that looked quite funny.
