I was very disappointed in the service departments...
I was very disappointed in the service departments lack of communication. Especially, when I believe in the "Lexus experience" and paying for what you get. I was sad to learn that when I drove from St. Louis Park all the way to Maplewood to learn they didn't have the tire I needed, even though I called ahead of time and made an appointment. When I was there I was told my tire would be in, in 2 days. When I called the day of to confirm my appointment they didn't even have me scheduled and had to double check to see if my tire was even there on the day they said it would be. I would've given 2 stars but, because its Lexus and the wayzata dealership has been so good to me I decided to give it 3.
