I had an excellent first service experience at Fort Mill Ford. I had some routine maintenance performed on my 5 1/2 year old Ford Edge. My Service Advisor was Frank Arnold who was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable about Ford products, and I trusted his recommendations. I felt the work was performed in a reasonable amount of time (two hours), and I would highly recommend the Fort Mill Ford Service Department. It was worth the 20 mile drive from North Carolina.
