Absolutely disgraceful council .. I asked for my old bath to be picked up from my back yard,as I cant take it my self because I only drive a mini .. I pay 131 a month council tax but I was met by a snotty worker saying I had to pay extra.. even though I pay my council tax every month.. I said it's a 20 minute job . She replied by saying that's not for you to decide how long it takes even though I'm paying ... I said I will stand there and watch em take it and record em to see how long it takes ..that shut her up ... The whole council are just a bunch of thieving bullys
