Christmas light display is so worth going to check...
Christmas light display is so worth going to check out. You can go inside original historic homes that were moved into the park from their original location. They have an antique print shop where you can get a Christmas card with your name on it made for free - made from am antique printing press. They have cabins that are historic that they actually use to make gingerbread cookies and serve hot cider over an open fire by folks wearing period specific clothing. They have a huuggee historic museum on site that gives so mich history about the City of Dayton. I never knew so much came from Dayton. Prices to get in are really well worth the cost - I think we paid $11.00 per person for the whole Christmas light/museum/outside cabin experiences. They have a train ride outside for the kiddos as well. They also have an onsite cafe where you can order "sit down" type food and another smaller snack shop on the opposite end of the park where you can get beers, wines, popcorn, etc. If your in the area around the holiday season you have to check it out - its a must!!!!
