We met local friends here for pre-dinner birthday drinks. The ambiance is unbridled luxury and refinement, and checks ALL those boxes if you want to feel like a character in a James Bond movie.

We only had cocktails (26 Euros per) so can't comment on food, but my Manhattan was perfectly made and it seemed that everyone else enjoyed their beverages immensely.

This place is expensive even by Peninsula/St. Regis standards in NYC, but if you want to splurge and feel like a billion bucks (even if you don't have it) this is the place to do it!
