We bought a used 2018 Grand Cherokee from them. 2 weeks in we started having problems with the 8.4 Uconnect system. It would freeze up, not let us control the heated seats or heated steering wheel, backup camera issues.

After bringing back to them a few times to re-flash the firmware they ended up ordering a new infotainment system and installed it in 20 minutes. The total out of pocket cost for us was $0 + gas and time. We were expecting to get the shaft and runaround with this whole issue and they really took care of us and stood by their 30 day warranty.
