Phyl is wonderful. She is a low key sales person who takes all the time needed to explain everything clearly. No pressure. We liked her immediately, and even if we hadn't loved the Tuscon we would have wanted to buy from her! Jim and I just returned from a 2 week Nova Scotia trip, which was a real pleasure in our beautiful new SUV.
