I work in a Property Management Company and deal with apartments, condos and homes and often have to call HOA's for violations or billing. In this case I called Rise Mgmt and spoke to Arial in regards to billing issues I had from the HOA's assessment going up. She was not only pleasant but very informative and helpful.
