Bought my BMW from Tommy Chen at Melbourne BMW and the whole experience could not have been better. Tommy was amazing to deal with. He made everything easy for me from negotiating the purchase right through to delivery of the car and ensuring me and my wife had a great delivery experience. He even came in on his day off to deliver the car personally to us! Awesome customer service. Also want to give a big shout out to Evan Luo on the finance team who was amazing with getting the finance side of things sorted very quickly and efficiently.
