Been calling and emailing for years over getting paid, w-2s.....I have not one time ever been paid or even had a reply from the department of labor. They just send forms to fill out and when you email them back and sit on the phone for hours to talk to a human they say they never got their forms redo them is their answer. I am owed over $12000 and I am sure as with the labor board's competency of never answering a question or returning phone calls...I will never get paid! Thanks from a Veteran who lives on the streets cause of this! Go too work and not get paid and the companies who don't pay know they don't have too knowing the labor board won't due anything about it! 5 years waiting to get paid! Thanks division of labor for the homelessness! ( edited 03april17) finally today the labor board contacted over 5 years of waiting and they lost all of my proof witnesses and want me redo all the claims on 7 companies which I can't do. As of April 03 I lose out on $12,000 due to their incompetence. I suggest not going through the labor board but use an outside source that has better credibility.....a local gang has better credibility than Colorado labor board.
