the service from the staff was incredible -made the whole time really special which was great.
Our room was lovely, fresh and clean and lovely and warm on arrival.
The main part of the hotel as nostalgic as it is is looking a little tired. some things look like they could benefit from a bit of a clean, get the lights, curtains that are off their hooks, the plastic palm trees. but i don't like to complain as its not a big deal, but you can be more forgiving if its old and lovely rather than old and a little grumpy.
The breakfast options were the best i have ever experience, fantastic, but again our chairs were broken and the dining room is looking a little tired also.
but thank you for keeping the place a lovely hotel to stay at - we did love our time there
