Our team stayed for a soccer tournament. Accommodations were fine but only one out of five elevators was working most of the time. The call light would go off but the elevator didn t stop on the floor. The front desk clerk claimed she was watching something behind the counter which showed her the elevators were working even though 15 to 20 people were waiting for elevators where she could see them.
