The Worst company. I had seen in my life. Never ever think to join this company. No proper policies. HR person even doesn't have any knowledge about the HR policies. My advice to the Director is that atleast hire an experience HR person. and make some good policies. Kisi ko b jb chaha tb nikal diya. we are not a businessman, or we dont have money in our saving like you. we have a family thats y we are working. so atleast think before hiring a person who has responsibilities of family on his shoulder.
